Job Description
Fast paced Kitchen Cabinet business seeking a Customer Service/Order processing candidate. Positive attitude and ability to multitask is a must. Training available. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Position Requirements:
- Answering in-coming telephone calls to include taking orders, resolve customer issues, schedule appointments
- *Process sales orders, packing lists and invoices
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order placement, pricing, delivery confirmation as well as other pertinent information regarding orders
- Candidate must be able to:
- Handle a high volume of orders and meet daily deadlines.
- Maintain a professional attitude when communicating with customers, suppliers and office staff
- *Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- *Must be able to work well with others’

Sales Position
Job Description
Fast paced, well established Kitchen Cabinet business seeking inside and outside Sales Associates/Designers. Must have 20/20 design experience and strong sales ability. Retail location in Edison, NJ. Wholesale division servicing the Tri-State area.
Position Requirements:
- Ability to accurately and efficiently translate rough measurements into working kitchen designs
- Create quotes for cabinetry, counter tops, installation and any other material or labor
- Manage design process from measure, initial layout to ordering and installation
- Participate in showroom duty/sales coverage as required (Inside sales)
- Aggressively seek new business opportunities and customers (Outside Sales)
- Excellent people skills, ability to multitask and work well with other
- Detail oriented, self-starter with a great attitude and a strong desire to succeed
